LAYOUT:

A spacious summer house with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 7 people on the ground floor.

It features: A 12 m2 outdoor terrace/porch with garden furniture. A large private garden with a barbecue, ping-pong table, and foosball table for children.

A pleasant living room with a sofa bed, internet access, and access to the terrace and the garden with a private pool.

Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and everything you need.

All windows are tilt and turn and electric, the entire villa is heated by ducts and the pool has a bar, sun loungers and other amenities.

- This house is not accessible to people in wheelchairs. There are steps at the entrance.

· Key collection takes place at the offices of Apartbeach Costa Dorada, at carrer del Nord 4, Salou.

- Pets are NOT allowed, smoking is NOT allowed inside (if on the terrace)

House rules:

1st. We are available for any questions so that you have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The Villa is rented with sheets and towels. (not beach towels).

3rd. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 9:00 to 20:00)

Check-in time at the villa: from 16:30 (if there are any guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00).

Check-out time from the villa: no later than 11 am

4th. Please leave the villa in the same condition as you found it upon departure, the kitchen must be left in its place, dishes washed and free of trash.

5th. Respect the rules and the neighbors.

6. It is necessary to present the identity documents of all guests and sign the contract.

7. Tourist tax: €1 per person, per night and adult (only the first 7 nights are paid).

It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the details of the occupants required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and make all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the delivery of the keys. The agency will contact you in advance to give all the necessary information in this regard.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
