Villa Palmera is a beautiful spacious country house surrounded by mature and exotic gardens with its own private pool, located just two kilometres from the beaches and restaurants of L’Ampolla (Costa Dorada). This coastal village is a gourmet destination for seafood and paella.

This classic, yet modern villa offers space, privacy and accommodation for up to 14 people. Ideal for three families or groups who wish to enjoy the large pool together, have a cool drink at one of the terraces at choice for the moment of the day and a family lunch or dinner in the large, covered BBQ-area. At any time, you can still enjoy your privacy at own quarters when you want. As the house itself is divided into three separate apartments, each with its own kitchen, bathroom, living area and patio/balcony/conservatory.

Apartment one has a living cum dining area, a lovely light filled mezzanine bedroom, another double bedroom, separate kitchen and two bathrooms. This has sleeping capacity for five people.
The second apartment has a wonderful conservatory that leads onto the lovely gardens and pool area. There is a spacious living area, a large American style kitchen, two bedrooms that sleeps five: a master bedroom with king-size bed and a second bedroom with a bunkbed and a single bed. There is an enormous, marbled bathroom with jacuzzi.
The third apartment is located on the second floor with independent access; it has a large, open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge that lead onto a magnificent 70m2 terrace with sea views. There is also a sofas bed provided in this apartment, so it sleeps four in total.
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and are fully air-conditioned.

Stepping outside into beautifully planned mature gardens, with palm trees and different fruit trees leaves you with a feeling of peace. But the thing you will notice most is that this is truly one of those villas that creates a comfortable and ultra-private place to chill, relax, read a book in the many different areas of your choice, or just that occasional cool dive into your own pool.
This pool (with safety fence for small kids) has its own sun terrace dotted with sun-lounges and is situated on the South- West for the best sunset views overlooking the olive plantations.
There is a bespoke covered BBQ-area with a large table, ideal for hot days with a nice summer sea-breeze. You can enjoy a game of table tennis or boules in the garden.

Entry to the property from the quiet cul-de-sac street is via an automatic gate. You can use the carport for 2 cars and have additional space for at least 2 more vehicles. The property is surrounded by a wall which ensures your privacy and security.

Villa Palmera is specially equipped for your sustainable holiday as the house is energy neutral due to the design and modern equipment, including double glazing, and solar panels.
