This recently renovated house is located in a quiet area, a 10-minute walk from the Montgí Natural Park and at the same time just a 13-minute walk from Riells Beach in L'Escala. It is ideal for children! The Riells Beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, leisure places for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.
This villa offers you the best to spend an unforgettable vacation: large living-dining room with access to the magnificent porch with table and chairs to enjoy long meals in summer next to the barbecue and pool, with beautiful views over L'Escala. An American kitchen, and three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
In total, the house can sleep 8 people in 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds).
ATTENTION: From 01/11 to 01/04 the house does not have a pool or Wi-Fi.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
