Villa in L'Escala with private pool, near beach, for 8 people

The villa is located in a quiet area, 10 minutes walking to the Natural Park of Montgrí and at the same time only 13 minutes walking to the beach of Riells. The Paseo de la Playa Riells offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, supermarkets, water activities, etc.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor you can find the living room with access to the terrace, a kitchenette, a room with two bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with two double beds each, and a bathroom with shower. It also has a pool area, equipped with sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe.
In total in the house can sleep 8 people: in 2 double beds (1.50 m and 1.80 m), 2 bunk beds (4 single beds of 0.90 m).

ATTENTION: From 01/11 to 01/04 the house does not have a pool or Wi-Fi.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
