House with private pool for rent in L’Escala, close to the beach. House Laia is the perfect place to spend agreable holidays to the beach with family or friends. It has a nice private swimming-poolwhere to cool yourself on the hot summer afternoons surrounded by loungerswhere to sunbathe and rest. It is built on one floor with only a few steps to access the terrace with its “chill-out” loungeaimed to relax and have a drink. The house itself is divided into an open full-equipped kitchen, large and sunny líving-room , 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed, one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom with shower and WC.House Laia is perfectly situated, you can forget about your car here! It is a short walk to the beach of Riellsand all amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, ice-cream sellers , shops; the area also offers a large choice of nautical and leisure activities. You can also walkor ride your bike to the village to taste all the Catalan gastronòmic specialties, beginning with the famous anchovies of L’[hidden] Sheets for the beds are included in price. 'Eco friendly' house equipped with solar panels.
