Cosy house with a large outdoor area, private pool, terrace with a variety of outdoor furniture and a large garden where children can play and run freely.
Located just a few metres from the Parc Natural del Montgrí, a perfect natural space for walking, cycling, enjoying the fauna, flora and landscape. The Riells beach is 1.4 km away and the Montgó beach is 1.8 km away.
The house is distributed with a living room, dining room with access to the terrace, kitchen (with basic kitchenware, pots and pans), a double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub, another double bedroom, a room with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a separate double bedroom, with an entrance from the garden, with a toilet and shower.
In total, 8 people can be accommodated in the house: in 3 double beds and 2 single beds.

Check-in: from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on public holidays, contact the agency. The key collection point: the agency. A deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the final cleaning price.
Mandatory services: Tourist tax €1/person/night (over 16s). Towels (€11.90 per booking, including one bath towel per guest, one hand towel and one bath mat per bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
