In a few minutes’ walk, you can reach Riells Beach, as well as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops. It is also an ideal location to enjoy the seaside promenade and local leisure activities. The historic center of L’Escala and its beaches are nearby, as is the Montgrí Natural Park, accessible within a few minutes by car.
The apartment has a balcony with sea views, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the fresh air.
The living-dining room is spacious and bright, with air conditioning, heating, TV, a sofa, and a dining table for four people. The kitchen is open to the living area and fully equipped with appliances and utensils, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine.
The apartment has two bedrooms, both with double beds, with bed linen and pillows provided. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.
