This apartment is located in a privileged location, right on the seafront, with spectacular views. It is located just 200 meters from the historical part of the village of L'Escala.
At less than 1 minute, just in front of the apartment, you will find two small and very quiet beaches. In addition to 3 minutes walking you can enjoy the beaches of the town center. And at 750 meters you will find the fantastic beaches of EmpĂşries.
The street where the apartment is located is only accessible to the neighbors, and in front of the building there is a green area with a promenade to reach the beaches of EmpĂşries.
The apartment is divided into four rooms, two of them with double bed, and two more with two single beds in each one. All mattresses are new and very comfortable. It has two newly renovated bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. And the dining room, which has beautiful views, where you can relax listening to the waves of the sea.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and a private parking space.
Attention: SUB 4x4 type cars do not enter due to height.
In total they can sleep 8 people, in 4 single beds, and 2 double beds.


Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
