Beautiful apartment located at the port area, next to Riells beach in L’Escala. It enjoys an ideal location, close to shops, bars and restaurants, and just a few steps from the sea, perfect for enjoying a comfortable and pleasant holiday.
The apartment is distributed over two levels. On the lower floor there is the living-dining room, the kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, as well as a sofa bed for one person. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It connects directly to the living-dining room, creating a spacious and functional area with air conditioning, which leads to a balcony with a table, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing.
On the upper floor there is the double bedroom, which also has air conditioning and access to a second terrace overlooking the other side of the apartment.
The accommodation also offers a communal swimming pool, Internet connection and air conditioning.
