This magnificent house, called Casa Bonnel, is located in a secluded neighbourhood of 18 houses with communal pool in the urbanisation Torre Gran. About 3 km away you are already in the former fishing village of L'Estartit, which today has become a popular tourist destination. The charming streets, shops, its lively harbour and, above all, its beautiful sandy beach with the Medeas Islands make L'Estartit worthwhile! In this region there are also medieval villages, which are highly recommended for eating out or strolling through their romantic streets, for example Pals, Begur (with beautiful bays) and Peratallada, all within a radius of 20 km! The neighbourhood where the house is located has a communal pool and a parking area where you can use a private car park. Casa Bonnel has a lovely garden surrounding the house, both to the front and to the back there is a terrace, by which you can always find a place to enjoy the sun! The property consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with French doors to the terrace, the kitchen and a bedroom with two single beds. On the 1st floor are the other 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and one double, with access to another terrace and the bathroom with washbasin and shower/bathtub. There is aire conditioning on the ground floor: living room, kitchen and 1 bedroom.
