This lovely house Casa Mirasol is located in the seaside resort of L'Estartit. This holiday home has been fitted with every conceivable comfort: you not only have a swimming pool behind the garden, you also have the beautiful sandy beach just 500 meters from the house! The cozy center of L'Estartit is within a 5 minutes walk from the property where you can stroll through its streets or his boulevard which leads you to the lively harbor of this old fishing village. You also have a supermarket with bakery (200 meters!), where you can buy in the morning fresh orange juice and croissants for breakfast. Casa Mirasol has a lovely garden with direct access to the communal swimming pool with sunbathing area. Casa Mirasol has 2 floors: on the ground floor are the living room with dining area,open fire place and a laarge, cosy sofa and the kitchen with entrance to the storeroom. On the first floor you have the sleeping area with bathroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility to put an extra bed) and the master bedroom with its own terrace.
