The apartment Catala 40 is situated on the mountainside just behind the centre of the cosy village of L'Estartit. You can walk to the centre, but returning to the flat is a big climb. Fortunately, the flat has its own parking space. So the car is never far away. Catala 40 consists of a living room with a fireplace, fantastic sea view and a small balcony, nice kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed). Aire conditioning only in the hall way. Both bedrooms have access to the bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. A staircase leads up to the terrace. Again, of course, there is an incredible view. This terrace with sofas and dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail or a delicious dinner.
