This location offers you peace and calmness, while within 5 minutes (by car) you are already arrive at the center of L'Estartit. A good recommendation is not only to visit L'Estartit and its beautiful sandy beach, but also have a day of touring around the region to discover villages (with lovely bays) such as Begur, Pals and Peratallada, all within a 20 km radius! Sol y Mar has on the front a lovely big terrace with breathtaking view of the sea and, not to forget, you can find at the back its own private pool (6x3 m) with surrounding terrace with sofas. The property has the following format: Under the house you can find a large garage where you can park your car. On the ground floor you have the spacious living room with large sliding doors to the terrace, fireplace (gas) and TV with French satellite. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and on this floor you also have the toilet. On the 1st floor are 3 double bedrooms, 2 have access to a large balcony, with of course the famous sea view, and two bathrooms with bath/shower and toilet.
