This semi-detached house, built in Catalan style, is situated in a quiet urbanization about 4 km. of the seaside resort of L'Estartit. This used to be a fishing village where nowadays you can see reflected some of his history. L'Estartit has got a long sandy beach with small islands in the sea, the Medes Islands, where you can go sailing or kayaking (especially recommended for snorkeling/diving lovers!). The streets of L'Estartit take you through its cozy center with his restaurants, shops and harbor, all worth a visit! You can also swap the beach for a swimming pool, so has Torre Vella 175 at approximately 200 meters a large communal swimming pool (free card of entry is present in the property). To recover from all the holiday activity, this property offers you a relaxing atmosphere, especially due to its beautiful south facing garden with his lovely terrace. Torre Vella 175 has two floors: on the ground floor are situated the spacious living room, dining area, satellite TV (dutch), fireplace and doors that give access to the terrace. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and the toilet. On the 1st floor are three bedrooms: one with double bed and two with 2 single beds and bathroom with toilet and bath. Moreover, one of the bedrooms has got a spacious terrace with Mediterranean seaview!
