Can Font de Muntanya is a place of peace and quiet in the middle of the Gavarres massif, located in the town of Cruïlles in the shire of Baix Empordà. Located about 250 meters above sea level, it is the ideal environment to feel at one with yourself, disconnected from your everyday activities, while still having the comforts that facilitate daily life. Within the grounds of Can Font de Muntanya there are two houses: one in which the owners live permanently and the other (totally independent) is the one we share with the people who come to visit us. The house at Can Font de Muntanya is the old cottage reformed into housing. It consists of about 220 square meters built and has all the permits to rent and the corresponding certificate of occupancy. Four Rooms Capitoné Room: Oriented to the northeast. Located on the top floor with individual terrace. Capacity for 3 people. The room capitoné is the only room that has a fireplace. Offering a king size bed (190x200) and a single sofa bed, cozy bathroom with microcemento and large mirrors. Shower and separate toilets. The whole room is heated with radiators and heated towel rail. The room has a kettle, coffee maker (with Nespresso capsules) and Bose Bluetooth speaker. Colibrí Room: Oriented to the south. Located on the top floor with large individual terrace and fantastic views. Capacity for 4 people. The hummingbird room is the room that allows you to sleep in a king size bed, or convert it into two comfortable single beds. It also has a sofa bed for two people. Spacious bathroom with two basins on a white carpentry with attached cabinets and a large front mirror. Shower and separate toilets. The whole room is heated with radiators and towel rail. The room has a kettle, coffee maker (with Nespresso capsules) and Bose Bluetooth speaker. Roca Room: Oriented to the south. Located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. Capacity for 4 people. The room Roca has a king size an a double bed. It also has a sofa bed for two people. The hand basins are made from an ancient stone and the shower and toilets are completely separate. The whole room is heated with radiators and towel rail. The room has a kettle, coffee maker (with Nespresso capsules) and Bose Bluetooth speaker. Massage or Individual Room: Oriented to the west. Located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. Capacity for 1 people. Within Can Font de Montaña we have created a multipurpose room; we use it as a treatment room for our clients or as a single bedroom. The room is equipped with bathroom (shower) and toilet and a single bed. Capacity: 11 people. We have WIFI throughout the property. We have a pool area which the two houses share. .
