Particularly noteworthy is the outdoor area with an 8 x 4 m large pool that can be heated (supplement 15 €/day) and the spacious furnished terraces, along with a flowered garden that also includes tropical plants and fruit trees, such as mangoes, avocados, papayas, bananas, etc., where our guests are welcome to use for their own enjoyment. In the rear garden area there is also a barbecue terrace, from which one also has a wonderful sea view. The spacious living area has a completely renovated living and dining room with fireplace and smart and satellite TV (mostly German), a separate kitchen with access to an additional dining room to the rear garden, a master bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and another double bedroom, a completely renovated shower room and a complete bathroom. There is an extra bed, cot and child highchair available for an additional child. An ideal holiday home for individual travelers who want to spend their holidays far away from the mass tourism tourist centers.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
Groups of young people under 25 years are not permitted.
