Gestion du service au top mais le bien immobilier en lui meme reste à parfaire

Gestion de la réservation, du paiement en chèques vacances, des retours aux questions par mail, et de l'accueil sur place irréprochable. Merci pour tout !! L'appartement en lui peut être largement amélioré... porte d'entrée avec serrure défaillante (dure à ouvrir), murs détériorés, équipement cuisine vieux et parfois sale, wifi fonctionne qd il a envie avec un débit médiocre, pas de clim (un bloc réfrigérant n'est pas une climatisation...)
