MAR PINEDA is a holiday apartment located just a step away from La Pineda beach, featuring a spacious balcony and sea views. Right next to the accommodation, there is a large park with gardens and a children's play area. A few metres away, we find a free public car park.

The Apartment is distributed with a living-dining room, independent kitchen, bathroom with shower and 2 double bedrooms. One with a double bed and another with twin beds. Possibility of adding an extra bed for a 5th person.

The accommodation has air conditioning in the lounge. The property also has a communal area with a swimming pool.

It is the perfect apartment for a peaceful holiday. Right next to the beach and all the city services.
