This beautiful, newly built villa is situated inside the Boavista Golf Resort and Spa in Lagos. The property has 4 double bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with twin beds) and accommodates up to 8 people. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is a 4th double bedroom, along with a bathroom, kitchen and a large living area. From the front of the property, there are fantastic views over Lagos and the bay (hence Bayview).

The villa is 175 m², and sits on a lovely plot with immaculately maintained gardens to both the front and rear of the property. It has been built and furnished to a high standard.

Just behind the house is a large communal swimming pool with free access. There is also a new indoor spa, with gym and indoor swimming pool. Access is free. The resort also provides many other activities including Golf, Tennis and Archery. All activities are available at discounted rates.

Outside, the accommodation has outdoor garden furniture, and terrace. Equipment indoors, includes an iron, free internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the house, television and a hairdryer. In the kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle are provided. In the basement is the washing machine. There is parking for two cars.

The resort also provides a café/restaurant. The wonderful beaches of Lagos and Praia da Luz (with numerous restaurants) are a just short drive away and supermarkets are also close by.
