This very well presented and large villa is located within the Boavista Golf and Spa Resort in Lagos. The property has 4 bedrooms (2 double and two twin-bedded room), and accommodates up to 8 people. Three bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin bedded) are on the 1st floor all with en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom (twin bedded) is on the ground floor, along with a fourth bathroom and toilet.

The villa provides 300 m² of space, sits on a large plot with views over the golf course – 14th, 15th and 16th fairways. It has its own private swimming pool and has been built and furnished to a very high standard.

There are reduced rates if you wish to use the indoor swimming pool, gym, spa, play golf or play tennis. The resort also has archery, an outdoor children’s area, and there are other sports as well.

The accommodation has a lovely garden with outdoor garden furniture, a terrace, barbecue (charcoal), and sunbeds. In addition, there is an iron, free internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the house, television and hairdryer. In the kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

The property is located close to the Boavista golf course reception, Spa and the resort restaurant. There is a bistro just a 2 minute walk from the villa. The wonderful beaches of Lagos and Praia da Luz (with numerous restaurants) are just a short drive away and supermarkets are also close by.
