This charming villa is located in a very nice and well maintained residential area close to Lagos with views to Lagos's surrounding town. The link road to the highway is about 150m away and nearest beaches – Luz or Lagos – can easily be reached by car. Those who prefer the pool to the beautiful beaches will enjoy themselves at the large pool terrace in privacy, surrounded by a lush garden. The house is situated at a slope with the main upper level containing 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and dining/lounge. The furniture is country style; some of it as well as the bathroom tiles are hand-painted from the Alentejo. There is a covered terrace which runs along with the house and offers a nice view and is perfect for having outside dinner – the BBQ area is next to the kitchen, and also may be used for eating “al fresco”. A very nicely laid out pool area below the house
offers privacy and some shaded area with sun loungers invite to relax.
