Ideally located, it is less than than 5 minutes walk from the beach, the beach, from the village center and from all and from local amen.

Climbing the stairs to the second floor (without a lift), the landing is shared with 2 other flats.

Main door opens directly into a very bright and airy living room, furnished with 2 sets of comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV and dining table with chairs for 4 people. This room opens directly onto the South-facing balcony with superb ocean views. Table and chairs outside. Manually operated awning.

Arch opens to a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, including all kitchen utensils, with built-in cabinets, electric oven, ceramic hob, combined fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and complete crockery.

In the corridor, a storage area that is kept locked for the maid's use and a complete bathroom with toilet and bathtub with shower accessories.

The Luz village is known for being a family-oriented beach resort area. Its golden sand and deep blue ocean have been awarded the Blue Flag for several consecutive years.

Within half an hour to 1 hour, you can also enjoy several still preserved beaches.

For stays longer than 14 nights, there will be cleaning service with a complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, there will be a towel change midway through the stay.

Pets are not allowed.

Baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request and with a small extra cost.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and outdoor areas.

For stays of 28 days or more, costs for utilities (water and electricity) will be charged.
There will also be a cleaning fee to cover cleaning costs after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the agreed terms and price.
