Going up the stairs to the second floor (without elevator), the level is shared with 2 other apartments.

Main door opens directly to the very bright and airy living room, furnished with 2 sets of comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV, and dining table with chairs for 4. This room opens directly to the south-facing balcony with superb ocean views. Table and chairs outside. Manually operated awning.

Arco opens to the fully furnished and equipped kitchen, including all kitchen utensils, with built-in cabinets, electric oven, ceramic hob, combined refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and complete dishes.

In the corridor, a storage area that is kept locked for use by the maid and the bathroom complete with a basin and bathtub with shower accessories.

We have 2 additional single sofas that convert into extra beds for a 3rd or 4th person (child or adolescent) upon request.

Within half an hour to 1 hour, you can also enjoy several beaches that are still preserved.

For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have a cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, towels will be changed in the middle of the stay.

Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed

A cot and high chair can be provided on request and at a small extra cost.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and outdoor areas.

CoolHouses manages this house and its team is always available to assist guests.

For stays of 28 days or more, utilities (water and electricity) will be charged.
There will also be a cleaning fee to cover cleaning costs after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the terms and the agreed price.
