Beautiful ocean views from the spacious balcony, accessible through the living room and master bedroom. On the 1st floor of a building without an elevator.

Spacious living room with comfortable sofas. Gas fireplace for the harsh winters.

Dining area that leads to the kitchen. Furnished and equipped kitchen, including all kitchen utensils, such as a combined refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, electric oven and washing machine, in addition to all the usual utensils such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker. There's no dishwasher.

Master bedroom with built-in wardrobes, double bed and full private bathroom (bath with shower). Sliding door opens to the south-facing balcony with a view of the sea on the horizon.

Second bedroom with built-in wardrobe and 2 single beds. Window overlooking the building's garden area. In the corridor is the second bathroom with a shower cabin.

Large, south-facing balcony with ocean views, furnished with a large dining table and chairs, plus 2 sun loungers. Ideal for a pleasant relaxing moment in the morning or afternoon. The fact that it is partially covered provides shade throughout the day.

All sheets and towels are provided, except beach towels. These can be rented at CoolHouses.
For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have a cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, towels will be changed in the middle of the stay.

Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Electric vehicles are not allowed to be charged on the property.

A cot and high chair can be provided on request and at a small extra cost.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and outdoor areas.

The neighborhood is very quiet, predominantly residential. A 5-minute walk from the beach front.

Getting around: Leaving the apartment block, there is a bus stop where buses run to Lagos regularly. Just a 5-minute walk to the main taxi stand. However, in our information folder available in the apartment, you can find the local bus schedule (Onda Amarela) and various taxi services available in the area. Lagos has a train station that can take you along the coast to Faro. Faro international airport is the closest and to which most airlines fly (Ryanair/Easyjet/Transavia/Sata/Monark, etc...)

For stays of 28 days or more, utilities (water, gas and electricity) will be charged.

There will also be a cleaning fee to cover cleaning costs after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the terms and the agreed price.
