3 Bed terraced house, part of a private condominium - Condominium Moradias do Parque da Praia - located in the heart of Luz village, just steps away from the beach, in the well-known Parque da Praia area.

Access through the condominium's automatic gate and with a private parking area (maximum 2 cars).

Casa Sirrah has 2 floors: Ground floor with entrance hall, living room with AC and very comfortable soft furniture with television (smart HD TV), with YouTube, Netflix, Google TV and other services. You just have to login with your access to be able to enjoy these services.

Dining area with access to the terrace. This terrace spans the entire width of the room and is furnished with an outdoor dining table, some sun loungers, and a parasol. In this area, you can enjoy meals outdoors, sunbathe, and enjoy the condominium pool surrounded by a very pleasant lawn.

On the ground floor, kitchen with a small breakfast bar in an open space with the living room. Equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Microwave and several other small appliances, such as toaster, kettle, espresso machine, coffee maker, etc. Dishes, glasses, and cutlery sufficient for 6 people. Some plastic dishware for children.

On the first floor:
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, wardrobe and window with view over the garden and pool area. Private, complete bathroom with bathtub and shower fittings.
Bedroom 3 with a double bed (160x200), wardrobe and balcony with a view of the condominium garden and pool.
Private bathroom, full with bath and washing machine.
Both first floor bedrooms have AC.

Guests have access to the entire accommodation unit (Casa Sirrah), the condominium parking area, the shared pool and garden area. This phase of the Parque da Praia condominium consists of 4 townhouses that share the exclusive use of a pool and garden.

The Beach Park is a prestigious area, highly sought after by tourists in Luz beach. Mainly due to the quality of the existing properties and its location so close to the beach and the village center.

All bedding is provided, including pool towels.
By the pool (which is shared with 3 other properties in the condominium) our guests can enjoy outdoor furniture (sun loungers, umbrella with base, dining table and chairs)
The access to the condominium pool is strictly private and for use by the 4 houses in this phase. We ask that you make normal use, with respect for the other co-owners.

Travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request and with a small extra cost.
For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have cleaning service with a complete change of bed linens and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, you will have a towel change midway through the stay.

It is not allowed to charge electric vehicles on the property.
Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM

CoolHouses manages this house and its team is always available to provide assistance to the guest and can help with booking Airport Transfer to/from or rent-a-car.

In case of stays longer than 28 nights, the cost of water, gas, and electricity consumption will be charged separately. There will also be a cleaning fee to cover the costs of cleaning after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the terms and agreed price.
