As a corner unit, it enjoys the largest private garden and its own private swimming pool of 6x3 metres, which can be heated upon request. The property is distributed over 2 floors with 120 square metres of welcoming space. On the ground floor, you will find both bedrooms and bathrooms, with direct access to the pool area. Bedroom 1 is a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. Bedroom 2 offers two single beds and access to a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning throughout the unit, ensuring your comfort in any season.

On the first floor, a comfortable living room integrates the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen in an open-plan layout. The independent kitchen with a gas cooker includes a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all necessary utensils. The living room has a TV with satellite channels, DVD player and WiFi connection for your business or entertainment.

A small south-facing balcony offers direct views of the pool and garden. The magnificent west-facing terrace, measuring 50 square metres, provides countryside views and a glimpse of the sea, protected from the wind by a glass panel. This is the ideal spot for outdoor dining or relaxing at sunset. Next to the pool, you will find a gas barbecue and a covered dining area, perfect for family gatherings.

The private and mature garden, completely fenced, is a safe and peaceful space for children to play. Private 6x3 metre swimming pool - surrounded by garden furniture and leisure areas, creating the perfect environment for relaxing holidays or memorable family gatherings.

Access to Faro international airport is 60 kilometres away, with train and bus connections in Lagos just 8 kilometres away. A bus stop is located right in front of the condominium, although car rental is recommended for greater flexibility in exploring the region.

The entrance is private and check-in is autonomous, available between 16:00 and 23:45 every day of the week, with checkout at 10:00. Luggage dropoff is permitted for greater convenience. Travel cot and high chair for baby can be provided upon request and small additional cost, making this villa perfect for families with small children.

For stays longer than 14 nights, you benefit from a cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. Between 10 and 14 nights, there is a change of towels mid-stay. For stays of 28 or more days, utilities costs (water, gas and electricity) and final cleaning fee apply.
