Casa Fernanda is a very spacious single-story house, with a pool that can be heated, a very pleasant South faced terrace, and a large mature garden, mostly composed of native plants and trees.

Built in the 70s, it has been renovated in the last year, now having a more contemporary style.

Ideal for guests with reduced mobility and families with children. Mature garden with total privacy and security.
Parking area with automatic gates.
Located in a more rural area, car use is recommended, although some local supermarkets offer free home deliveries.

The main door opens to the entrance area and hallway.
Living room with comfortable sofas, SMART HD TV and 2 opening doors that provide access to the covered dining terrace with gas grill, beautiful sea view and panoramic view of the city of Lagos up to Luz.
A few steps to the pool terrace with sun loungers and parasol. For guests with reduced mobility, they can go around the house.
The living room has an open fireplace, ideal for stays outside the Summer period.
Cable TV and fiber optic WiFi. Small level difference between the living room and dining room with a large dining table that seats 8 and a sideboard. Double door opens to a South-facing balcony.

Renovated kitchen, fully equipped with gas stove, extractor hood, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Door to the terrace facing East with table, chairs, and parasol. This area then extends to the pool terrace.

Main suite, with king size bed and dressing area with fitted wardrobe. Door opens to a South-facing balcony. Bathroom with shower cubicle.

Bedroom 2 with a double bed and wardrobe. Balcony that opens to a balcony with sea view and overlooking the pool.

Mature garden maintained by a local gardening company, once a week. The pool is also cleaned once a week.
Private parking lot for multiple vehicles.

For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have cleaning service with a complete change of bed linens and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, you will have a towel change midway through the stay.

No smoking is allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
It is not allowed to charge electric vehicles on the property.

Baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request and with a small extra cost.

Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas.

CoolHouses manages this house and its team is always available to provide assistance to the guest and can help with booking from/to Airport Transfer or rent-a-car.

In case of stays longer than 28 nights, the cost of water, gas, and electricity consumption will be charged separately. There will also be a cleaning fee to cover the costs of cleaning after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the terms and agreed price.
