**Private Pool & Terrace:**
The villa’s stunning kidney-shaped pool (8m x 4m), featuring a waterfall and Roman step entry, is electrically heated from November to April. Four comfortable sunbeds provide the perfect setting to soak up the Lanzarote sunshine.

**Outdoor Dining & Relaxation:**
An alfresco dining area for four is perfectly positioned near the Canarian BBQ, allowing you to enjoy meals under the stars while staying connected with your group. A shaded chill-out seating area offers a tranquil space to unwind in the evenings.

- **Accessibility:** All rooms are conveniently located on one level.
- **Cleaning Service:** The villa is fully prepared for your arrival, with a departure clean included. For stays of 10-13 nights, mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are provided. Pool and beach towels are included.
