Outside, you will have a spacious garden with access to three communal swimming pools where you can sunbathe or enjoy a good book in the shade of the trees (although there are no sunbeds or outdoor furniture in the common areas). In addition, it has a private landscaped area with a charcoal barbecue and direct access to the garden and the nearest pool. There is also a bathroom with shower tray on this floor for greater convenience. 🍽️❄️

On the upper floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms with centralised air conditioning offer a cosy space for rest. One has a double bed, access to an outdoor terrace and a wardrobe, while the other has two single beds and also a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower tray serves this floor. The modern and practical decoration ensures a comfortable stay for everyone. 🛏️🌬️

Moreover, the property offers amenities such as washing machine, dryer, central heating, two televisions and wifi internet access so that you lack nothing during your stay. The private garage within the same building facilitates parking. It is also worth highlighting the paddle tennis court available for sports enthusiasts. 🎾🚗
