Hello, we are Barthe Holidays :) First of all thank you for your interest in this flat! We present our completely refurbished flat located in the centre of Escaldes-Engordany. Characterized by its modern design and its perfect location with great views. Literally walking distance to all the services that the centre of Andorra has to offer. Only 5 minutes from the Caldea spa. This property in the centre has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom, suite style, has a double bed, its own balcony and private bathroom. The other two have 2 single beds and share a full bathroom with bathtub. It also has a spacious living room with access to the balcony and a separate kitchen with laundry area and all the necessary appliances to brighten up the day to day. Its location is very good. If the objective is the comfort of staying in the centre, enjoy the best restaurants, spas, shops, pubs and any need you may have. It is also in a location that will allow you to move comfortably to different points of interest in the Principality. Parking upon request. 150 metres from the most famous spa in the country: Caldea. A 2-minute walk from the busiest shopping area in Andorra (Avinguda Carlemany). Less than 5 minutes walk from any service you may require. Only 10 minutes by car from Engolasters lake and all the hiking trails that the area has to offer. 10 minutes from the first ski tows to the slopes. You can choose between Vallnord or Grandvalira. From Barthe Holidays, we are available from 9:00 to 17h on all channels. We speak Spanish, Catalan, English and French. We remind you that you can buy with us your ski / bike pass, tickets to Naturlandia, Caldea and many other things :) It is important that you pay attention to the entrance information that is provided a few days before arrival. TAX ON STAYS IN TOURIST ACCOMMODATIONS From 1st July 2022, according to the "Llei 19/2022, del 9 de Juny, reguladora d'impost sobre les estades en allotjaments turístics. BOPA núm. 76 anys 2022 (22 de juny 2022)" a tax on stays in tourist accommodation has been implemented. The tax is implemented on guests over 16 years old, per person per day, with a maximum of 7 days. The price is 2,09€ ( IGI included ). This amount will always be charged before entering the flat and by credit card.
