Upper floor: gallery with rooflight with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The pond located in the gardens of the Residence is not fenced and it is forbidden to swim. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
