Description of the accommodation

This is an amazing flat situated in Rua Gomes Freire, quite close to the touristic centre. Ideal for a family or a group of friends, to enjoy the wonderful mild Lisbon weather.

The property features 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathrooms, a living room equipped with a dining area, sofa and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and internet. Guests can prepare their own meals using the modern fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively guests can visit the various restaurants within walking distance and taste Portuguese or international specialities. Fully equipped, you will have access to linen, towels, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fan (summer) or heater (winter).

See check-in and check-out information:

1) Check-in takes place at the flat from 15:00.

2) Check-out takes place until 11:00.

Please note that check-ins between:

8 pm - 9:59pm : a late check-in fee of 20€ will be charged

10 pm - 03 am : a late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged

At the time of check-out, guests must leave the flat relatively clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of the same amount as the booking.

I was very pleased we found this apartment at a very affordable price. It is slightly outside the main area of Lisbon but only ever a 30 minute walk at most or 5€ in an Uber. The bus stop from the airport was also only a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive on mail and checkin was easy.I would 100% book this apartment again if going back to Lisbon. When reading reviews of other apartments in Lisbon, the feedback was that the apartments were noisy, paper thin walls and had unresponsive hosts, but this was certainly not the case at this air b&b!

Lovely apartment in good location. Comfortable beds and great amenities. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for a stay in Lisbon.

It was a beautiful place to stay at. Beach and bus stops are around the corner as are the local shops and restaurants. Kind and responsive host, clean and light room, very comfy bed!
