It has a spacious terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun.
Living room with TV, sofa and direct access to the terrace. Air conditioning in all rooms (dining room and bedrooms).
Mezzanine (sofa bed) accessed from the dining room through stairs without a handrail.

Kitchen equipped with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

It consists of 1 room with a double bed (suite) -1.90 x 1.50-, 1 room with 1 bunk bed and trundle bed (3 pax) -beds of 1.90 x 90- and a single room (1.80 x 90). 2 bathrooms with shower.

No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.
