Spectacular house located in one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods of Llafranc, with an unobstructed view of the sea. Located less than 1km from the beach and town centre. On the ground floor we have a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace, an open kitchen overlooking the living room, and fully equipped so you can enjoy your favourite dishes as if you were at home (oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, plates, cutlery...), there is also a small bedroom with a single bed. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a trundle bed, the room can also be separated by a sliding door, to give privacy to the two beds, and has access to a small terrace. On the top floor, there is a master suite, with a double bed, a complete bathroom with shower and dressing room, and access to a small terrace, where you can enjoy the spectacular views the house offers. There is also a room in the basement with a single bed. Outside, the house has a large private garden with furniture (sun loungers), in addition to the common outdoor space where there are gardens, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a children's playground. Garage. Wifi included. Non-smoking house. Pets are not accepted. Ideal house for families, bookings for young people under 35 are not allowed.
