This apartment is spread over 2 floors, each functioning as an independent unit.
First Floor: Features a modern living room with TV and access to a terrace, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It also includes one bedroom with a double bed (135×190 cm), two bedrooms each with two single beds (90×190 cm), and a bathroom with a shower.
Second Floor: Accessible via an external staircase, this unit includes one bedroom with a double bed (135×190 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (80×180 cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious, pleasant terrace.
Optional electric heating (available in March, April, May) and Wi-Fi are available for an additional cost.

In the province of Girona is where you will find the Costa Brava and its most beautiful environment. A holiday on the Costa Brava will have you feeling like you stepped into a postcard, given the natural beauties here completed by the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees Mountains. Beaches and coves create ideal conditions for scuba diving for a chance, on the world renowned Medes Islands. The Nature Reserve Cap de Creus is also worth a visit, so is the Nature Reserve Aiguamolls de l'Empordà. Also on the Costa Brava you will find history in its most amazing appearance in places such as the archaeological site of Empúries. The Jewish Quarter of Gerona is also famous, so is the Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. For art lovers, the works of the famous artist Dali will be a true delight. The Costa Brava of Spain hosts great music festivals as well, such as the ones at Torroella de Montgrí and Peralada. Do not miss out on specific dishes here such as the

Young groups and parties are not allowed. In case of some houses the owner makes an exception but, in these cases, a higher deposit needs to be paid. Deposit for youth groups 150,00 €/person for houses and 75,00 €/person for apartments that will be returned one week after the customer leaves the property.
Youth groups are not allowed without any prior notice to the agency and having signed the relevant conditions. 

Please note, that extra beds are in fact inflatable mattresses.

Pets: In case of traveling with pets you must notify the agency in advance as in some accommodations, pets are strongly prohibited. The extra cost is 35 €/week. The house should be left as hair-free as possible and there should not be any remains of excrement either in the house or in the garden. In case of finding a house full of hair, with excrements or with damages, the amount equivalent to an extra cleaning and the corresponding amount in case of damage or breakage will be withdrawn from the client's deposit.

Any deposit left in cash will be never returned on the day of departure, it will be returned by bank transfer a few days after departure. In order to proceed with the refund, the guest must provide their bank details to the local tour operator.

Charging electric cars at the accommodation is strictly prohibited due to the potential risk of damage to the electrical installation. However, there are numerous charging points scattered throughout the towns that customers can use if needed.
