Small renovated studio located just 50 m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal to enjoy a relaxed holiday with your partner!
The studio has a maximum capacity of 2-3 people.
It has a dining room with TV and a table for 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, toaster, microwave and washing machine. One double bedroom (150x190cm) and a renovated bathroom with a shower. Parking for 1 car included in the price.

Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement.

Ideal apartment for couples. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

The apartment is situated near Llafranc beach, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava coast!

L'appartement est très bien simple, propre et bien aménagé. Le garage est inexistant car aucune voiture, même petite,ne peut se garer car l'emplacement est minuscule et gêne les man½uvres de la voiture stationnée à côté. Cela dit il est plutôt facile de trouver une place de stationnement à proximité. L'emplacement à 50 m de la plage est idéal mais la rue est très très bruyante à toutes heures de la nuit et de la journée.
