Villa for 12 persons with private pool in Llança, Costa Brava. House with pool on the Costa Brava, modern rental in Llanca with a nice private pool in the district of Sant Genís. Very close to the beach of Grifeu and easily accessible in the port area of Llançà. Decorated and equipped with great care and detail, very comfortable and distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor of the house there is a garage for two cars with a small bathroom with shower and kitchenette. Terrace with dining and living room furniture, plancha-barbecue, to enjoy the evenings around the pool. It also has deckchairs for resting or sunbathing. In the garden you will find a small pond with fish. On the first floor there is a magnificent living-dining room with television and fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, microwave and wine cellar, and a storeroom.
