The property is spread over two floors connected by an interior staircase. The private 32 m² pool is located at the back of the house and can be accessed via an exterior staircase. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and a barbecue. It’s the most special corner of the house, offering breathtaking sea views and excellent privacy. Just a few minutes’ drive away is the town center, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
