Villa Cora is a charming 3-bedroom property built on 2 floors located in a very quiet area just 3.5 km from the beautiful Cala Canyelles beach and 7 km from the centre of Tossa de Mar, one of the most popular spots on the Costa Brava!
Ideal for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava with the family, it includes everything you need to feel at home!
It can accommodate up to 8 guests in a living area of 180 m2 and a plot of 850 m2.
Wonderful outdoor area with private pool and stunning sea views. There is also a large covered terrace where you can have breakfast by the pool enjoying the beautiful sea views, barbecue and parking for 1/2 cars.
On the first floor there is a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people (120x180cm), a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking: cutlery, pots, washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster and oven, a suite with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and another bathroom with bathtub.
On the ground floor we find a large living room with TV and access to the terrace, another kitchen, a suite with a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower. There is also a folding bed (90 x 190 cm) for 1 person.

Optional air conditioning at an additional cost: 150 €/week.
We do not allow young groups and parties in this unit.
This property is only rented to families. Bookings for people under 35 years old are not permitted.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful stretch of the Costa Brava coastline with 500m of coarse white sandy beaches typical of the area. Umbrellas and sunbeds are available for hire, as well as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also enjoy Mediterranean food, fish and paellas at the restaurant located on the beach.
Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and some stunning beaches.

Conditions for groups

- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Check-in and check-out

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)

Tourist tax

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
