Outdoor area with private swimming pool (9x4m), garden and a spacious and charming covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool. At the back of the house, there is another outdoor area with a built-in barbecue and a basketball court. Exterior parking for 2/3 cars

Dining room with TV. Kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking: frying pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Yes, you will be able to enjoy meals as if you were at home!

- Pets accepted upon request and with a supplement of £35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later by bank transfer.

Groups of young people not allowed.
This property is only for families. Bookings for individuals under 35 years old are not accepted.

- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and
8 euros/person/towels.

- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair

Conditions for groups

- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Check-in and check-out

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)

Tourist tax

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
