Beautiful house with private pool located in a very quiet residential area just 9 km from the beach and the center of Lloret de Mar. Ideal house to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity of 11 people.
Outdoor area of 780 m2 with garden and private swimming pool (10 x 4 m), large terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals near the pool with beautiful mountain views. It has a built-in barbecue and parking.
The house is divided into 2 floors with independent entrance: On the ground floor there is a living-dining room (TV) with exit to the pool terrace, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds in each) and a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor we find a living-dining room with TV and access to the terrace, an equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, washing machine), 1 bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm), 1 single bedroom (90 x 190cm bed) and 1 bathroom with shower.

Groups of young people not accepted. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
This property is only rented to families.
Pets accepted on request and with supplement.
