Β· Just cross the street and you'll be on the seafront promenade and Lloret beach.

Β· Capacity for up to 8 people* with 3 bedrooms: main bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two bunk beds, and third bedroom with single bed and bunk bed.

Β· Newly renovated kitchen in 2018 and equipped with appliances.

Β· 2 bathrooms, one with a large bathtub and another with a small bathtub.

. The bed sheets, 1 large towel per person and 1 small towel per washbasin are included in the reservation.

Β· Lloret de Mar is one of the main tourist destinations: beaches, seafront promenade, bars and nightclubs, shops and restaurants, boat trips, sports...

Β· You will also be able to visit the beautiful beaches and towns of the Costa Brava and the cities of Barcelona and Girona.

Β· The airports of Barcelona (90km) and Girona-Costa Brava (30km) have bus connections to the centre of Lloret de Mar.

Β· Bus station of Lloret 7 minutes walking from the apartment.

Β· Train from Barcelona (line R1) or Girona (R11+R1) to Blanes train station and bus to Lloret de Mar.

Unfortunately this property does not accept groups of young people under 17 years old.

Check-in:
Β· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.
Β· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

Late arrival and departure outside of hours:
Β· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)
Β· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)
Β· Out-of-hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.

Β· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.

Β· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.

. Deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.

Cleaning:
. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.

IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.

Beach towels are not provided.

Keys:
Β· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
Β· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid in-situ to the technician.

Rules:
Β· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Β· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.

Β· Pets are allowed. The cost is Β£6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be Β£42/booking.

Β· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.

. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.

. No beach towels are provided.
