Description of the accommodation

Studio overlooking the sea, the beach 50 m. It is located on the 1st line of the central beach in Lloret de Mar. It has a living room with a sofa bed, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette, a terrace with panoramic views of the central beach in Lloret de Mar. Accommodation for 2 people. Inside: Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink, mirror. Living room: sofa bed, TV, table with chairs, wardrobe, access to a terrace with a panoramic view of the sea. American kitchen: electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, cutlery, pots and pans, kettle. Terrace: table and chairs. There is communal washing machine. We offer luggage custody. There is no elevator in the building. Daily cleaning service and bed preparation. The apartment is located in the center of Lloret de Mar. At 10 meters there is a bus stop, municipal beach, restaurants and bars. Next to the apartment is the historic center, the church of St. Roma, shops and supermarkets (50 meters), plenty of entertainment and nightlife. Within 10-15 minutes by car are the water park, the gnome children's park and the Marineland dolphinarium. A 10-minute drive away is the Botanical Garden "Jardines de San Clotilde". Girona Airport - 35 km. Barcelona Airport - 90 km. Blanes Train Station - 8 km.

positive comment: Logement très bien situé, en face de la mer et à proximité des restaurants et magasins, negative comment: toutefois si vous venez en voiture le stationnement est payant et cher. En dehors de la saison des places gratuites sont disponibles dans un parking à proximité sinon les places en face de l’appartement sont payantes.
