Groups of young people under the specified age are not allowed. Outside: The flat is in a very quiet area. Nearby are bars, restaurants, shops etc. Distance to the beach of Fenals - 1km. To the beach of Sa Boadella - 800 m, the latter is one of the most beautiful bays.
