Na Pruna Farm is a fantastic holiday home with a swimming pool, located near Sineu, in the heart of Mallorca.
The property has more than 20,000m2 of land, so it is situated in the midst of nature, with sheep grazing daily during the winter months, fruit trees and paths along which one can walk with complete tranquillity.
The house has a Mallorcan rustic style, while also featuring the comforts of a modern home, well-decorated and maintained. It has 2 double bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with 1 double bed, ideal for families or couples. The living room/dining room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. Air conditioning units (cold and heat) in the living room and both bedrooms, to ensure guests' comfort.
In the courtyard you will find a barbecue area and an outdoor dining room, as well as a pleasant seating area with an awning, next to the pool, which is large enough to comfortably accommodate all guests. It comes with a ladder to enter and exit comfortably.
Please note that the house is located in a forested area, so it is very important that guests do not smoke or make fire outside the designated barbecue area. Between 1 May and 15 October, the Balearic authorities prohibit bonfires and barbecues in forest areas, so for these months, we have an electric grill/barbecue outside.
Bookings for groups of people under 23 years old will not be accepted.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at a rate of 2.2€ per adult per night (from May to October).
Days before their arrival, guests will be requested to register with their passports.
