This beautiful house with private pool and spacious exteriors is located in Llubí, in the north east of Mallorca and offers a holiday home for up to 10 people.

The north east of Mallorca is perfect area for everybody who is looking for authentic holiday experiences. Beautiful landscapes and quiet rural lifestyle combined with the proximity to the best beaches of the island as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcudia and Puerto de Pollenca, makes this area very attractive for families and nature lovers. The house is situated in the town where you can find all the necessary services for the successful holidays such as supermarkets, restaurants and petrol stations. A car is necessary.

Llubí is a small traditional town in the north-east of Mallorca surrounded by the almond trees. The charming town is known of its windmills and beautiful, old stone houses. Its tranquillity and beautiful landscapes appeals hikers and cyclists. Inca, a popular shopping destination, is situated only 10 km distance from the town. Other traditional towns worth to visit are Costitx and Sineu, both within 8 km of Llubí. The capital Palma de Mallorca is situated 46 km and the airport approx. 35 minutes’ drive distance from the town.

This beautiful house has functional exteriors, including a private chlorine pool, barbecue and a fully equipped spacious terrace with 10 sun loungers. The 9 x 5 metre swimming pool has a depth of between 1 and 1.9 metres. In addition, there is another furnished terrace on the first floor. The outdoor area is fenced. The house is located in a neighbourhood.

The interiors combine traditional elements with modern commodity. The air conditioned main living-dining room is located in the ground floor and it offers everything you need for tranquil moments with friends and family, watching a film on the smart-TV or just relaxing on the cosy sofa. There is also another living room equipped with a sofa, an armchair and a TV (without satellite). The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob is separated from the living room by window.

The house has 5 luminous bedrooms with air acondition, perfect for a good night's rest after days full of activities. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the others are on the first floor. There is one bedroom with a double bed and four with two single beds. The house has 4 en-suite bathrooms with shower and 1 en-ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Additionally, on the ground floor there is one toilet.

A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board can be found from the laundry room in the inner courtyard. The property has a garage for 2 cars and a space to store 10 bicycles.

Events or parties such as birthdays, bachelor parties, weddings, christenings, etc. are not accepted under any circumstances.

Electricity consumption supplement: 0.30 Eur / kW. To be paid according to consumption on the day of departure directly to the owner in cash.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. The agency will send you the link via email. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out.

Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.
