Set in Llubi, a lovely town in the centre-north of Majorca, this modern vacation house with private pool offers accommodation to 2-6 guests and a baby.

Llubi is a 15-20 minutes’ drive from Playa de Muro and Can Picafort, fine-grained sand beaches in the north of Majorca. Llubi is a quiet little village with some cafés and a small grocery shop. For more services, supermarkets, gas stations and more restaurants, go to Inca, it’s just a 10 minutes’ drive. The Tramuntana Mountains, in the West of the islands, are not only famous for the villages of Sóller and Valldemossa, but also for its wide range of hiking and cycling routes. A car is recommendable.

This 2-storey house comes with a private, 5 x 3 meter chlorine pool with a depth ranging between 0.9 to 1.1 metres. Start your day with a large breakfast on the terrace or sunbathe in the garden, there are 2 sun loungers and a parasol.

The terrace gives access to the fully-equipped kitchen with gas cooker and dishwasher, open to the air conditioned living-dining area. The equipment of the house includes high-speed Wifi, a washing machine and satellite-TV. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The main bedroom comes with a private bath with shower. Besides, there’s another, separate bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer. There’s another air conditioning in the hallway where the bedrooms are. You can park free of charge on the street in front of the house.

To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) payment will be made before arrival.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
