This amazing villa with private pool in Llucmajor is close to dreamlike beaches as well as the golf course and welcomes 8 guests.
In the private chlorine pool, measuring 10 x 5 metres and with a depth of 1.1 to 2.1 metres, you can cool off at any time. Surrounded by a terrace with 8 sun loungers and 4 parasols, it is an idyllic place for sunbathing and relaxing afternoons. Billiards and table football leave no room for boredom. A large porch overlooking the pool offers different charming corners for chatting and a mobile barbecue for outdoor cooking. At the same time, this finca is home to two horses, which are within a fenced enclosure and can be visited, but not ridden. The owner lives close to the house and comes daily to feed the animals.

Inside you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with 3 sofas and Smart TV, as well as a ceiling fan. Especially during the winter, it is very nice to have a cup of tea by the fireplace. The colourful gas cooker offers all the necessary utensils to prepare a feast. The laundry room is shared with the owner and there you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and two with two single beds, all with wardrobes. One bedroom with double bed has an en-suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. All bedrooms offer a fan. A cot and high chair are available. Apart from the en-suite bathroom, there is another bathroom with shower serving the rest of the house. This beautiful property offers central heating. Last but not least, the owner has given great importance to the environment and has installed solar panels, so a moderate electricity consumption is requested.

Surrounded by countryside, but at the same time only a few kilometres from the coast, this house is close to Llucmajor, in the centre of which you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. If the beach is what you are looking for, the possibilities are endless. Cala Blava, 15 minutes away by car, is a quiet, fine sandy beach with spectacular views over the bay of Palma. Further south are the dreamlike natural beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rapita. Those looking for activities and sport can play golf at the Son Antem or Marriot Golf Club, 3 kilometres from the house.
