This delightful country house comfortably accommodates 5-6 guests. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the private saltwater pool, measuring 10 x 5 meters and ranging from 1.1 to 1.8 meters in depth. Bask in the sun on one of the loungers or savor a vermouth in the cozy seating area by the house. On the opposite side, you can sip your morning coffee under the awning while taking in beautiful countryside views. In the evenings, fire up the barbecue for a delicious dinner. The property is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy during your stay.

As you enter through the spacious hall from the terrace, you'll find a comfortable living room with cozy sofas that overlook the pool. Adjacent to the living area is the dining space, ideal for family meals. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with a gas hob, oven, and a dining area for casual meals. You'll also find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.
For your entertainment, there's a cozy second living room equipped with satellite television (English channels only).
The house features three bedrooms:Bedroom 1: A tranquil space with a double bed, dressing room, fan, and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.Bedroom 2: Perfect for kids, it includes a bunk bed for two, an additional single bed, a wardrobe, and a fan. Please note that this room is accessed through Bedroom 1.Bedroom 3: Contains a single sofa bed for the sixth guest and provides access to the second bathroom, also with a bathtub.
For families traveling with infants, a cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

We cannot accept guests under 30 years old unless they are accompanied by their parents. We require copies of the passports of all guests to confirm the booking.Pets are not allowed.Events are not permitted. There is outdoor parking available for 3 [hidden] Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash upon check-in. The amount varies from €0.55 per night per guest during the low season to €2.20 per night per guest during the high season. The tax is halved starting from the 9th day of your stay. All guests must pay the Ecotasa, except those under 16 years old. The deposit amount is to be paid directly to the owner upon arrival.
