The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and distinguished. The nearest beach is just a 20-minute walk away, descending the cliffs —a journey that rewards with an incomparable landscape—.
The property is located 20 minutes by car from Palma and 10 minutes from the airport.

Housing details

The two main bedrooms share a spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and panoramic sea views, as well as a private balcony of generous dimensions.

The third en suite bedroom also offers sea views, while the fourth bedroom is oriented towards the private garden.
All rooms have high-quality mattresses, towels and premium bedding.

The main lounge has a 42" television with Apple TV, Sonos sound system, two sofas and a central table.

The living room, furnished with comfortable armchairs, wooden coffee tables and a fireplace, invites relaxation during the cooler nights.
The library, equipped with a carefully curated selection of books and a desk, is ideal for reading or working in a serene environment.

The dining room offers a table with seating capacity for 10 diners and is fully equipped with crockery, glassware, and kitchen utensils.
These spaces —library, living room, lounge and dining room— share the same open space, subtly delimited to create differentiated environments, all with impressive sea views.

The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, among others), facilitates a complete culinary experience.
Attached to it is a service room intended for food and wine storage.

The electronic blind system allows regulating the entry of light and ventilation, while the fireplace and underfloor heating create a cosy atmosphere during the winter.
In summer, the sea breeze naturally cools the interiors when opening the windows.

Infinite pool

The swimming pool is divided into two levels: an upper area with a jacuzzi and a lower T-shaped pool, surrounded by a wooden terrace with sun loungers.

Water flows from the upper level to the lower level, creating a cascading effect that brings calm and serenity to the surroundings.

Parking and mobility

The property has space for 3 vehicles: one in the garage and two within the compound.
Likewise, 4 bicycles are made available to guests, and the garage offers additional space for motorcycles.
Street parking is safe, as long as one does not park on the pavement.

Additional information

For safety reasons, it is recommended to close all blinds when leaving or during the night. A general button, located next to the main door, allows you to lower them all simultaneously.

No additional services are offered (chef, nanny, teachers, etc.), although guests can freely hire third parties.
In case of electrical overload, the main switches are located in the garage, to the right of the wooden door.
No umbrellas are available; it is suggested to enjoy the sun and views from the pool or with floats.

Some areas, such as the swimming pool or stairs, do not have protective fences for design reasons, and the pavement may become slippery when wet. For this reason, it is not recommended for children under 12 years old to stay, except under the responsibility of their parents.

No pets are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside.
