With 500 m² distributed across several levels, the villa stands out for its spaciousness, elegance, and functionality. It has capacity for 12 people and features 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 bathrooms with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower) and a toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

All 6 rooms are fully equipped with TV and satellite channels, hairdryer, complimentary soap and shampoo, bath towels and pool towels, bedding and an additional pillow. Several of the rooms have a private bathroom. Each room has been carefully decorated to create a bright and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for peaceful stays.

On the main floor, you will find a spacious, bright living area filled with natural light thanks to its large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views of Palma Bay. The living room flows perfectly into the fully equipped kitchen, creating a modern and cosy space perfect for gathering and sharing special moments.

The outdoor area is one of the villa's highlights. It features an infinity pool outdoors with sea views, several relaxation areas with loungers, sunbeds and comfortable seating around the pool, as well as an outdoor dining area next to the coast. It is the perfect setting to relax and enjoy an authentic Mediterranean lifestyle experience.

On the upper floor, you can maintain your fitness routine in the small gym with spectacular sea views, or enjoy outdoor activities in the garden play area, equipped for football, basketball, and table tennis.

At the lower level, the private garage accommodates two cars and provides direct access to the interior of the house through a lift, adding additional comfort and convenience.

Information to take into account:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
